Returns Policy

READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

  1. To protect yourself from making a wrong purchasing decision, use the “Look inside” feature to download a free copy of the document that interests you so it can be read and inspected.
  2. The free copy will be in the Portable Document Format (PDF), a format that most internet browsers are able to open so you can read and inspect it, otherwise you can use the free Acrobat PDF Reader offered by Adobe to open it.
  3. Many parts of the copy will be redacted, but enough of it will be viewable in order for you to make a purchase decision.
  4. The free PDF copy of the document provides your only opportunity to view the document and its contents before a making a decision to purchase it.
  5. All documents sold by Internetpress are hard copies. We do not sell documents in any electronic format.
  6. When you purchase a document from Internetpress, it will be delivered in new condition and sealed in a shrink-wrapped plastic package to protect it.
  7. When you purchase a document from Internetpress, you are agreeing to the following return policy.
  8. A document that you purchase from Internetpress, which is new and unopened, can be returned to Internetpress for a refund. But if you open the shrink-wrap packaging that protects the document that you have purchased, it becomes an opened item; therefore, it is no longer eligible for return.
  9. You may return a new, unopened, and undamaged document sold by Internetpress within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund. You pay for the return packaging and postage, and a restocking fee that is 50% of the purchase price of the book. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  10. If you receive a damaged new, shrink-wrapped document, contact Internetpress to request a replacement. Internetpress will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a returns address. You are responsible for shipping the damaged document and its shipping cost to Internetpress. When Internetpress receives your document, we will inspect the document to determine its condition and decide on whether the document’s condition warrants a replacement. If Internetpress decides to replace the document, we will send you a new shrink-wrapped protected document and pay for the shipping to you. If Internetpress decides not to replace your document, we will replace the original shrink-wrap protective packaging, and then ship the document back to you, and Internetpress will pay for the shipping back to you.
  11. If Internetpress determines that the document which you returned warrants a replacement, we will refund your cost for returning the damaged document.
  12. A copy of this return policy will also be fixed onto the surface of your document’s protective shrink-wrapped seal.
